Privacy Policy

Cosmologie LLC ("Cosmologie," "we," "us") operates the Cosmologie mobile application and the website cosmologie.app. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and password, used to create and secure your account.
- Birth information: the birth date, time, and place you provide. This is the input required to calculate your astrological chart. You provide it voluntarily and it is used for no other purpose.
How we use it
- To calculate your astrological chart and produce your readings and forecasts.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
- To respond when you contact us.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to run Cosmologie. They process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase: database and account infrastructure, where your account and birth information are stored.
- Anthropic: AI text generation used to produce your written readings. Chart data sent for this purpose is not used by Anthropic to train its models.
- Apple: app distribution and, where applicable, payment processing through the App Store. Apple's own privacy policy governs those transactions.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with advertisers.
- We do not show third-party ads in the app.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@cosmologie.app and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Children
Cosmologie is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
