Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Cosmologie mobile application and the website cosmologie.app, operated by Cosmologie LLC ("Cosmologie," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

What Cosmologie is

Cosmologie is a daily almanac of the sky: astrological readings, forecasts, and original artwork, computed from your birth information and the current positions of the planets.

For reflection, not advice

Cosmologie is provided for reflection, insight, and entertainment. Its readings are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Decisions you make remain your own.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Cosmologie.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the birth information you provide.
• One account is for one person. Charts you add for others (for compatibility readings) may only use information you are entitled to share.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store. Pricing is shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings; Apple's terms govern billing, refunds, and cancellation.

Our content

The artwork, readings, text, and design of Cosmologie are the property of Cosmologie LLC and are protected by copyright. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the service. You may not resell, republish, or systematically extract them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach its security, scrape its content, reverse-engineer the app, or use it to harass others.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Cosmologie is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
